Membership List Rental

With over 500 members from around the Greater Philadelphia area AFP-GPC Members encompass a multitude of organizations including health and human services, education, religion, the arts, and consulting firms.

By renting the AFP-GPC mailing list your company or organization would have the opportunity to reach our vast membership base and know that you are supporting the go-to resource for fundraisers and Philadelphia’s leading champion of philanthropy as a force for building community.


Membership Mailing List Rules

The Greater Philadelphia Chapter will provide its mailing list when the following conditions are met:

  1. A request by email must be submitted to the AFP-GPC office by the mailing party prior to the time of the mailing.  The mailing party should state the purpose of the mailing and should include samples to be reviewed by the Chapter.  The letter should express an understanding that permission to use the list, if granted, is for one mailing only and that violation of this may be subject to additional fees or stronger measures.
  2. A designated appointee of the Chapter will review all mailing pieces and determine whether or not these are appropriate.  The appropriateness of these pieces should be based on the International office’s guidelines: there should be nothing mailed that is contrary to the mission or interests of AFP or its members, and there should be nothing mailed that is contrary to the Code of Ethics of AFP.
  3. Upon approval of the reviewing officer, a fee will be charged based on fees set by the Board of Directors.  As a benefit of membership, the rental fee for AFP members is less than the non-members fee.
  4. Upon receipt of payment, the list will be provided in the format agreed upon by the Chapter and the requester.
