Volunteer with AFP-GPC: Get Involved! Get Experience! Get Connected!
There’s no better way to give back to the chapter or the not-for-profit profession than by volunteering for one of our committees. Joining a committee is a great opportunity to expand your network and share your skills to advance the fundraising profession as well as learn new practices from your colleagues. For those members with an interest in a particular sector of the philanthropic community, the chapter offers the opportunity to participate in one of our special interest group networks.
Committees are always accepting new members. To get involved right away and ensure maximum participation as a committee member, please complete and submit your Committee Interest Form. Join your chapter colleagues who have chosen to advance their networks and careers while enhancing member programs and services. Make an investment in your profession and yourself.
We invite you to share your time and talents and hope you will also benefit by increasing your networking among a range of skilled fund-raising professionals, developing new skills, working on committees, having fun, and supporting your local AFP chapter.
